The Governors of Brackla Primary School seek to appoint a committed and passionate individual, who shares our vision and values to join our leadership team as Deputy Headteacher from September 2024. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our school, contributing to our ongoing success and development.
We are looking for an individual who:
Has proven leadership and management skills at a strategic level, with a relentless focus on leading to improve the quality of education for all pupils and professional development of all staff;
Has the enthusiasm, energy and ability to motivate, challenge and support our whole school community;
Has excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
Has a strong knowledge and understanding of pedagogy and curriculum;
Is an exemplary practitioner with high expectations of pupils’ wellbeing, behaviour and attainment;
Has a positive attitude towards innovation and change.
