2 Permanent and 2 Fixed Term (01.09.2024 until 31.08.2025)
The Headteacher and Governing Body of Alway Primary School are seeking to appoint exceptional and highly motivated teachers to join our Foundation Phase department in the first instance but must be confident and prepared to move throughout the school as required.
The successful candidates will:
- be creative and inspirational practitioners with a commitment to high standards;
- can provide exciting, creative, challenging and empowering learning opportunities.
- Have a genuine commitment and enthusiasm for teaching and learning;
- Have a track record in delivering successful outcomes for learners within a nurturing and caring environment;
- Have confidence and determination along with being effective team players with a forward-thinking approach;
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Demonstrate and promote excellence, equality and high expectations for all;
- Promote the Welsh language at every opportunity;
- Will develop our commitment to working positively with parents, carers, the local authority and other outside agencies;
- Be able to build a relationship of mutual respect with the pupils, parents, staff and the Governing Body.
