TEACHING ASSISTANTS LEVEL 2: 2 PERMANENT AND 2 FIXED TERM 01.09.24 – 21.07.2025

The governing body are looking to appoint 2 permanent and 2 fixed term Teaching Assistants that share the Alway Primary School vision, our School motto is ‘Always feel Proud’ this relates to every area of school life – learning, teaching, behaviour, environment and atmosphere. It means that every member of our school goes that ‘extra mile’ to make the school the best it can be.

The successful candidate will

• have a proven track record of working successfully within Foundation Phase/ Key Stage Two
• be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and resilient
• nurture pupils to reach their full potential
• be committed to developing pupils as independent learners and thinkers
• be a good communicator and team member, who is caring, flexible and approachable
• be able to work collaboratively
• be reliable and able to take responsibility
• Assist children with personal care routines such as toileting and changing nappies.
