Grade 5 - £24,294 for 22.2 hours per week term time, 45.8 weeks per annum, equating to £12,803.97 pro rata.

As an Administrator, you will be the vital link between learners, tutors, and the community, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include handling learner enquiries with finesse, meticulous data entry, maintaining records, monitoring progress, and facilitating exam administration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in keyboard skills and a solid grasp of spreadsheet tools for data analysis.
  • Possession of professional clerical/administrative/secretarial qualifications or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, accountancy, and banking procedures.
  • A knack for numeracy, precision, and a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with students, tutors, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Community Issues or ESOL-related matters is advantageous.
  • Possession of a full driving license and access to personal transport is preferred.
