The Headteacher and Governing Body of Glan Usk Primary School are seeking a qualified teacher to join our team. The post is advertised on a fixed term basis, with the possibility of the post being made permanent thereafter, depending on the school budget position. The post is to commence in September 2024 and is based in a Year 5 class initially, although the postholder could be required to teach in any year group across the primary phase.

Holidays must be taken during school closure periods.

The appointment process will involve a lesson observation and an interview with members of the school leadership team and a member of our Governing Body.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
