The successful candidate would be expected to contribute to the establishment of a team of highly motivated professionals who will work collaboratively to raise standards at all levels. The applicant must create a positive, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to meet their potential. Specialist training will be made available.

  • Has knowledge and understanding of the 2018 ALN reform and Code of Practice

Management experience is desirable as good staff management and relationships are key to the smooth operation of the LRC in addition to our school values. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with high expectations for pupils' learning.

We can offer a warm, nurturing school community underpinned by a strong ethos and the support of a hardworking, committed team of staff and governors. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of and to shape the practice in our school.
