DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

Salary: L4 - L8 £51,697 - £55,776 per annum

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to the post of Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will have:

  • excellent classroom skills and experience of modelling good practice, with the ability to train and develop colleagues
  • effective management and leadership skills
  • the enthusiasm and commitment to adapt and lead change
  • a background of promoting high standards
  • the ability to work effectively with staff, parents and governors
  • the ability to help maintain and develop the high standards and good practice already established in the school
  • the ability to respond positively to challenges and share the school's positive vision
  • the ability to carry out tasks and responsibilities allocated by the Headteacher.
