Salary: Teachers Pay Scale + ALNCO Allowance £2,585
The Governing Body of Ysgol Pen y Bryn, wish to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and committed individual. This is a part time Additional Learning Needs Coordinator, required to work 2 ½ days per week working pattern to be agreed upon discussion. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and ALN provision at the school , organise meetings with parents and external agencies as well as working with teaching and non-teaching staff on intervention strategies. Other duties will include keeping records through school systems and ECLIPSE as well as supporting transition arrangements for identified children.
Due to the nature of the post the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
It is a requirement that successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment
