We have an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic Progression Coaches to join our student support teams, supporting learners within Creative Arts and Construction.

Job Purpose:

To champion student progress and success by managing a person-centred learner journey for a caseload of students, enabling them to be all that they can be.

To develop and support the personal, social and emotional wellbeing of students, building their confidence, resilience and core skills through the Learning Programme Promise.
