We are looking to recruit a hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Development Officer. With this opportunity you could create a positive impact and change in a young person's life.

The Project Development Officer will develop and deliver a range of innovative activities and projects that will engage young people aged 16 years plus to enhance their life chances and employability skills, using a range of cultural magnets such as sport, music, arts and digital. The Officer will also be responsible for recruiting, training and supervision of up to 5 volunteers.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
