The Play Service is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team delivering fun, engaging, and inclusive play activities during the school holidays.
As a member of our team, you will help provide a range of exciting programmes designed to promote positive wellbeing through the medium of play, including Play and Wellbeing Camps, Food and Fun Camps, and community playschemes. These initiatives create safe and welcoming environments where children can thrive, make friends, and enjoy new experiences.
We are seeking people who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine commitment to supporting children. Ideally, you will have some previous experience in Playwork or working with children and young people, but full training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
The summer programme will run for four weeks, starting on Monday 27th July. To prepare, there will be a training week beginning Monday 20th July, where you will gain the skills and confidence needed to deliver high-quality play opportunities.
