Marketing ExecutiveJob description
37 hours per week
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help shape the way Coleg Gwent tells its story. You’ll play a key role in leading and managing innovative marketing campaigns that inspire, inform, and attract new learners, all while helping us meet our ambitious student recruitment targets and corporate objectives.
Working as part of our dynamic and supportive Marketing and Communications department, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table and use the full marketing mix to make a real impact. From planning and developing multi-channel campaigns to crafting compelling content and measuring results, this role is diverse, fast-paced, and rewarding.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across design, digital, and social to ensure every campaign is creative, consistent, and engaging. Alongside delivering stand-out marketing activity, you’ll write persuasive copy for web, blogs, email and campaign content, and get involved in coordinating events and managing projects that showcase Coleg Gwent at its best.
This role is broad and varied, where you will draw on experience in campaign planning, creative writing, project management, event coordination and managing external contractors.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and ready to rise to new challenges.
You’ll combine attention to detail with a passion for creativity. And importantly, you’ll share our commitment to innovation, excellence, and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
If you’re ready to bring energy, ideas, and a positive mindset to a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you. Apply by 15/10/25 and help us continue to change lives through learning.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
