Job Purpose:

To plan and deliver high quality, personalised learning experiences for young people with complex additional learning needs and disabilities, which are aligned to their personal goals and aspirations, enabling them to fulfil their potential.

You will deliver a bespoke curriculum offer (mix of accredited and non-accredited provision), which focuses on developing learner autonomy, independence and holistic personal development.
