26.75 hours per week 8.45am - 3.00pm [3 days per week] and 8.45am - 1.30pm [2 days per week]
G04: £14,575 - £14,819
TERM TIME ONLY WITH NO TERM TIME LEAVE

The governors of Wat's Dyke C.P. School are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to work within the 'hub' of our school to support our school community, under the line management of the School Business Manager.
The post is based in a very busy office, so the successful candidate will be expected to be proactive and multi-skilled, with a "can do" attitude, and who is able to work within a team as well as on their own. An ability to use initiative and to prioritise work to meet deadlines is essential.
We are looking for someone who will :-
Be warm, welcoming and promote positive relationships with school stakeholders.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and resilience.
Demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy and excellent IT skills across a range of software packages.
Undertake reception duties, answering telephone calls, face to face enquiries and welcome visitors to the school.
Provide administration support to staff to include minute taking and typing, responding to emails, photocopying, collection and recording of monies.
Support and maintain school Management Information Systems.
Experience of working in a similar setting and knowledge of SIMS would be beneficial to your application.
