The successful applicants will;
  • Display effective classroom organisation and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with learners, members of the Governing Body, staff, parents/carers and the ability to liaise with other professionals effectively.
  • Work within the requirements of the Professional standards for Teaching.
  • Be able to work effectively, using your own initiative independently and as part of a team.
  • Be reliable, resilient, flexible and proactive.
  • The ability to support/lead an AOLE is desirable.

The ability to teach and communicate effectively through the medium Welsh is desirable for this post.

Due to the nature of the post the successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. It is a requirement that successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment
