Salary: Grade 3 - £22,737 pro rata

Job Description

Grade 3 - £22,737 for 20 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to £12,290.27 pro rata.

This is a permanent position for 20 hours a week, to start September 2024 or sooner if possible.

As Caretaker, you will be responsible for security of premises, porter duties, weekly alarm testing, monitoring of cleanliness, operation of central heating, maintenance monitoring and debris clearance from playground, footpaths and drives and guttering etc.

You will also be expected to perform minor repairs that are not beyond the scope of an unskilled handyman.

There will be occasions when you will be expected to attend school out of hours due to alarm call outs.
