Job Description

Grade 5 - £24,294 for 37 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £11,535.11 pro rata rising to 46.8 weeks, £21,786.97 pro rata per annum after 5 year's service.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our school office, providing essential administrative support to families, pupils, and staff. They will contribute significantly to the welcoming and caring ethos of our school.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing, managing, and operating administrative systems. They should possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a related discipline, along with very good numeracy and literacy skills. Effective use of ICT and other specialist equipment/resources is essential, as is a comprehensive knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and current legislation. Excellent ICT skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to relate well to children and adults alike are also crucial. The ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities, and being proactive in self-evaluation and learning opportunities will be highly valued.
