LEVEL 1 TEACHING ASSISTANT (Individual Support)

G03 £14,102 - £14,336 per annum

27.5 hours per week

Temporary until 31/03/2025

TERM TIME ONLY WITH NO TERM TIME LEAVE

The Governing body seeks to appoint a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil with individual behaviour needs.

The successful candidate will support the pupil in class and work individually on a prepared education plan.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a positive mindset and calm demeanour
• Will use positive behaviour strategies
• Has knowledge of Trauma Informed Practice
• Has endless patience and kindness, resilience and understanding
• Has experience of learning through play
