Caretaker - Pembrokeshire Learning Centre (Pembroke Dock)

Job Description

Pembrokeshire Learning Centre is looking for a new Caretaker at our base in the Pembroke Dock.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team.

The role is for 5 hours per week.

The main duties will include:

  • To unlock/lock the school daily (Monday to Friday)
  • To be available to unlock/lock the premises for pre-planned visits by contractors during the school holidays
  • The secure and safe operation of the school site.
  • Regular health and safety checks including fire alarm, emergency lights, water hygiene. (Training is available)
  • Basic DIY repairs

Grade 3 - £22,737 for 5 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £2,698.96 pro rata.
