Grade 2 - £22,366 for 19.5 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £10,354.18 pro rata.

Join the Federation of Holy Name and St. Francis: We are seeking to recruit two admin assistants - one based in Milford Haven and one based Fishguard. However, you may be asked to work across both sites according to the needs of the school

The Federation of Holy Name and St Francis is seeking to recruit two individuals to join our school's administration team as Clerical assistants. You will provide general clerical support for the Headteacher, Admin Officer and teachers of the school. You will have previous experience of working in an office environment, preferably in a school. You will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You will need to be flexible, organised and have excellent communication skills. You will join us in an inclusive school which promotes excellence and has high expectations for all.
