Management Scale, Point 18, £74,199 per annum.

Full time, permanent.

37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

About you: Our ideal candidate will hold a Level 6 qualification or equivalent with a qualification and/or experience in Management. We would also like you to have knowledge and understanding of the Post 16 learning environment with experience of strategic development and change management. We are seeking a visionary leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding organisational and communication skills. You will hold a teaching qualification and being a trained Estyn peer/additional Inspector would be advantageous.
