Salary Scale 3: £23,151 - £24,429 pro rata per annum
0.4FTE (14.8 hours per week) and Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate and enthusiastic Engineering team at Bridgend College.

You will maintain all systems, tools, equipment, instruments and teaching aids to ensure safe and efficient functioning of learning programmes, including appropriate documentation. This also involves preparing various motor-vehicles and workshops for demonstrations, practical sessions and for assessment purposes. You will also be responsible for assisting lecturers in overcoming technical problems on vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of a Level 3 standard and possess a good range of vehicle repair experience. You will also possess good general workshop skills, including the ability to maintain and repair vehicles and various machinery. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population you will be passionate about motivating all learners.
