We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and inspiring teacher with a passion for creative and innovative teaching and learning to join our fabulous team.

We are looking for someone who:

Is an excellent practitioner with a deep understanding of child development and pedagogy.
Builds warm, strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
Shows genuine care and respect for each child's individuality.
Maintains open, positive dialogue with parents and colleagues.
Designs engaging learning and assessment experiences.
Uses creative strategies to spark curiosity and problem-solving.
Brings joy and excitement to the classroom.
Creates an environment where every child feels valued.
Supports children with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Reflects on practice and seeks improvement.
Stays updated with pedagogy and safeguarding standards.
Can inspire children, staff, and families with a love of learning.
Can contribute to AOLE teams.
Would be interested in supporting extra-curricular activities.
Is willing to improve own Welsh skills.

An Enhanced DBS & EWC registration is required for this position.
