ESOL Tutor - Term Time Only

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled, qualified tutor to deliver high quality ESOL learning to learners in Swansea. This is a salaried, term-time only, part time position until end of July 2025, beginning in September 2024. You will plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess ESOL courses and learning programmes in accordance with learner needs and Adult Learning Wales’s Quality processes and procedures. You will deliver high quality learning using a range of teaching methods and use a range of appropriate assessment methods in line with learner needs and awarding body requirements. You will ensure that learners are provided with clear and constructive feedback within appropriate timescales.

Delivery method: Face to face

Teaching venue: Princess House, Princess Way, Swansea SA1 3LW

Teaching schedule: Monday – Friday, 9.30 – 1.30
This is a term time only post of 28 hours per week over the 39 weeks of term starting in September 2024, with 20 hours of teaching time and 8 hours of planning and preparation.
