Permanent position with potential for a secondment opportunity.


We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and conscientious Business Support Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. We are an established Federated school, and you will play an integral role in its continued growth and future development. Our Federation includes two of Wales's most ambitious and dynamic primary schools.

We seek a motivated, flexible, and friendly team player with excellent organisational skills to undertake the Federation's day-to-day business management functions.

The successful candidate will lead our business support role, focusing on income generation and budget management and supporting us to fulfil our ambitions for all of our learners. You will become a member of our senior leadership team and play a key part in changing the lives of our 750+ children.

Flexible working hours, including the ability to work from home for a set number of days per week, will be fully considered. There is the potential for this role to run as a secondment opportunity.

The working pattern will be 39 weeks of term time working plus two weeks of flexible non-term time working.
