Health & Wellbeing Development Officer

The role is an exciting opportunity to join the small Education Health and Wellbeing Team for the fixed term period or on a secondment.

The role will predominantly involve project managing the emotional and mental health framework roll out to all Conwy schools.

The post holder will ensure compliance with the legislative requirements and code of practice relating to Health and Wellbeing and Relationships in schools. They will also be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of the SHRN Primary Schools Wellbeing surveys, incorporating the pupil's voice for corrective actions.

The post holder will plan Health and Wellbeing work supporting Mental Health First Aid. They will also be responsible for food and fitness programmes in schools.

The management of the TEAMS platform and messaging for Conwy Schools Wellbeing Professional Learning Community is a key part of the post.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
