Salary Scale 1: £23,151 pro rata per annum
(Actual Salary based on working 36.6 weeks per year - approximately £15,146 per annum)
(equivalent to £12 per hour)

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants to join our enthusiastic ALN team.

You will support students with additional learning needs, in the classroom and in other learning environments, assisting with their physical and emotional well-being and learning support requirements.

This may include providing practical support, personal care, note-taking, reading, prompting/scribing and/or note taking support. With a relevant Level 2 qualification, you will have experience working with people with additional learning needs/physical disabilities who may require support and assistance to achieve their full potential.

You will have good IT, communication and note-taking skills and be prepared to work flexibly.

Registration as an FE Learning Support worker with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is a requirement for these roles and needs to be in place before the successful candidates can start.
