Supervisory Assistant
5 Hour per week – Term Time Only

The Governing Body wish to appoint a Supervisory Assistant to work at Cwmbach Community Primary School to complement our existing team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable with children, and be able to support them on a daily basis.
- Have patience and empathy when supporting our children.
- Have excellent people skills.
- A willingness to work hard.
Duties will include:
- Supervising children in the Dining Hall, in the playground and, when it is raining, in the classroom.
- Monitoring and managing children’s behaviour (in line with the school’s behaviour policy).
- Following the school Safeguarding policy and procedures.
- Assisting the children with any needs they have.
