The Role

As Headteacher, you will provide outstanding strategic leadership and management, working in partnership with governors, staff, families and the wider community to:
• Articulate and deliver a compelling vision aligned with the Curriculum for Wales
• Raise standards and aspirations for all learners
• Lead exceptional teaching and learning, ensuring high-quality pedagogy across the school
• Champion inclusion and wellbeing, creating a culture where every child and adult flourishes
• Drive sustainable school improvement, using evidence-informed strategies
• Develop staff and future leaders, nurturing a culture of collaboration and professional growth
• Strengthen community partnerships, ensuring the school remains at the heart of its community
