Clase Primary is a happy, caring, inclusive school that is at the heart of its community. The school is situated on a large site providing excellent opportunities for outdoor learning. The Governors of Clase Primary are looking for a passionate, innovative and inspirational leader who has the necessary professional skills to build on the solid foundations and excellent relationships that are already in place.

The successful candidate must be a dynamic, resilient leader who would grow the existing vision for the school, whilst driving forward local and national priorities.

We are looking for a highly visible and approachable Headteacher who must demonstrate:

• A passion for supporting and improving the wellbeing of all.
• A belief that all children, regardless of background or ability, can succeed.
• Strong strategic leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining and developing high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and empower others.
• The ability to look beyond the school gates and develop positive, effective relationships with external professionals, families and the wider community.
