The Trinity Project - Volunteer Play Worker

This is a casual Play Worker position.

You will support the project to coordinate and lead activities and play-based support for young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in one of two clubs in Pembrokeshire. Based in Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock.

The Play Work Coordinator will implement the delivery of dynamic, child-centred and play-based sessions in which the needs of each individual are met and positive relationships are developed which is heavily supported by all our volunteers.

You will have a sensitive, knowledgeable and consistent approach to the needs of young people with ALN and an outstanding approach to teamwork, leadership and communication at all times.

This post is subject to a DBS disclosure check.

You will be required to undergo a short telephone interview for the post. A full induction and comprehensive training package is available for all volunteers.
