We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our ALN Support Base.This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs to help them develop socially, emotionally and academically.
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils with a variety of ALN, including complex needs
- Working with the ALNCo to deliver personalised provision
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
- Promoting independence, wellbeing and engagement
- Supporting communication, social skills and emotional regulation
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience with ALN (desirable)
- Is patient, nurturing and adaptable
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Believes in inclusive education and high expectations
- Works well in a team and shows initiative
