This is a unique opportunity to join Carmarthenshire County Council's Inclusion Management Team to assist the ALN Managers with managing the School support Advisory Teacher team.

Their role will oversee the development and implementation of monitoring and reviewing ALN provision across the Authority and the implementation of a quality assurance framework.

The postholder will also support ongoing ALN Transformation across the Authority and its schools to deliver effective models of inclusive practice.

The candidate will have a sound knowledge of Local Authority practices in relation to ALN statutory processes and provision.

They will have extensive experience of supporting schools to manage transformation and deliver an inclusive curriculum for all.

You will join a dedicated team of professionals who work closely with school improvement colleagues and school practitioners on a shared purpose.

Opportunities to collaborate on a regional and national level will be available.
