We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate Equine team at Bridgend College. As an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Equine you will plan, develop, deliver and evaluate the curriculum content of learning programmes providing excellent training across a range of full and part time programmes.

You will be competent in a wide range of Equine related subjects both theoretical and practical and have experience of working within the Equine Industry. You will hold a Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area together with a minimum of either; The Preliminary Teaching Certificate BHSPI, BHSAI including the UK Coaching Certificate Level 2 or an accredited BD BE or SJ coach (UK Coaching Certificate) and possess a PGCE Certificate, or be prepared to obtain this. BHS Qualifications up to Stage 3 is desirable. With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population you will be passionate about motivating all learners.
