Work Based Learning Administrator
Full Time (37 hour per week), Permanent

Salary Scale 2/3 (points 14 - 20): £23,151 - £24,429 per annum

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Work Based Learning team!!

What we're looking for in you:

  • To manage a caseload of apprentices for all administrative purposes for the duration of the WBL programme
  • To establish effective working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Maintain database(s) with accurate information
  • To assist with induction and enrolment processes
  • To support the WBL department to achieve income contracts and key performance targets.
  • To provide excellent customer service.
  • To undertake in-service training for professional development as and when required.
  • To contribute to the Annual Self Assessment and Development Planning process.

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 'C' or above or equivalent and must include English and Mathematics. With excellent organisational and IT skills, you will have the ability and confidence to work with administration systems.
