The Governors of this successful and oversubscribed Catholic High School wish to appoint a Cover Supervisor.

We require a responsible, committed and well organised individual to supervise classes when teachers are absent and to help with other duties as directed. Applicants should have a good general education and get on well with young people.

The successful applicant would have a customised induction programme and opportunities to further develop their experience skill set.

Estyn and Section 50 inspections have highlighted the many good and excellent features of the school. Improvement in pupil achievement is due to the commitment of staff, partnership with parents/carers and hard work by our pupils. The school is truly comprehensive and we are committed to the principal of inclusion.

Students at St. Joseph’s RC High School are proud of their vibrant learning community which is committed to providing everyone with the opportunity to discover their talents, realise their potential and become well rounded, socially conscious young citizens.

Please refer to the ‘Candidate Brief’ for further information to include departmental information, job description and person specification. Further details about our school can be found on our website.

The school is located close to junction 28 of the M4.
