Grade 2 - £23,656 for 18.45 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £10,361.69 pro rataWe are seeking to employ a Transport Passenger Assistant with Portfield School. As a Transport Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of students to and from Portfield School. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accompanying students with special needs or vulnerabilities during their journey to and from school.
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort during transportation.
- Assisting with boarding and disembarking from vehicles.
- Collaborating with the driver and other staff members to provide a positive transport experience.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Ability to work flexibly during school drop-off and pick-up times.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
