Our school needs a dedicated and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of daily lunchtime routines, encourage pupils to eat and try new foods, oversee student behaviour, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all students during the lunch hour.
The working hours are Monday to Friday and term time only, ideal to fit around family commitments and other roles we offer.
We need someone who has:
- The ability to remain calm and build good relationships with adults and children based on mutual respect.
- Knowledge of basic food safety. This would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
You will also need:
- A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility and the willingness to assist with other catering requirements.
