The role:

This is an exciting new position resulting from the recent expansion of our Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking for an individual who has significant previous experience of working as an Executive Assistant and is able to bring their knowledge, skills and experience to the team.

The Executive Support Team provide highly efficient, professional and confidential support across a range of administrative duties to the College's Executive team which includes: Chief Executive Office, Principal and Vice Principals. The team is fast paced and constantly striving to improve and seeks to meet our aspiration of excellence in everything we do through a supportive and inclusive approach.
  • Full-time (37 hours per week)
  • Fixed term for 1 year
  • £31,861 - £34,019 per annum
  • Hill House campus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a member of the Executive Team in helping them to prioritise and work efficiently by managing their diary and inbox
  • Provide a general administrative service
  • Responsible for a portfolio of meetings - agenda setting, minute taking, and ensuring follow-on actions are carried out and tracked accordingly
About you:
  • 5 GCSE passes (grade A - C) including English & Maths or equivalent
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be diplomatic
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Have the drive and courage to solve problems
  • Ability to respect confidentiality at all times
