Part-time Level 2 Nursery Teaching Assistant

Salary: £8,493 - £8,628

About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and proactive Part-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. This role is perfect for someone who understands and embraces a "planning in the moment" approach, supporting children's learning through their interests, curiosity, and play.

You will:
• Support children's learning through responsive, child-led interactions
• Experience of working with pupils with additional needs
• Be patient and adaptable
• Have knowledge of May I Join You/ Intensive Interaction strategies and play
• Have knowledge/understanding of trauma informed approaches
• Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes independence and exploration
• Build strong relationships with children, staff, and families
• Contribute to observations and assessments of children's progress
