Fixed-term role, 32.5 hours per week, ending August 31, 2025.Ysgol Gymunedol Croesgoch, nestled in a beautiful rural setting, is home to a small team of dedicated staff committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our pupils. As we transition to becoming a Welsh medium school, we are proud of our warm, welcoming atmosphere and supportive ethos.
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our teaching team as a Year 6 Teacher, starting January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 6 pupils in accordance with the Welsh medium curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that prepares pupils for a successful transition to the next phase of their education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues in both English and Welsh.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Welsh is desirable, with the ability to communicate confidently in both spoken and written forms.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with relevant experience in primary education.
- Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are welcome to apply.
- A passion for fostering a love of learning and supporting the holistic development of young learners.
