GCSE Spanish Lecturer (12456)

Cardiff and Vale College
An exciting vacancy is available as a GCSE Spanish Lecturer in the General Education department at Cardiff and the Vale College. This post will be based at the City Centre Campus.

The post holder will be responsible for teaching GCSE Spanish. Delivering Personal Tutorial, Study Skills, Extended Project Qualification and/or Welsh Baccalaureate as required.

Undertaking of all pedagogic work such as lesson preparation, classroom teaching, tutorial work and marking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for subject planning, delivery and assessment, ensuring a positive and value-driven experience for learners in line with the CAVC mission of transforming lives by unlocking potential and developing skills. We are looking for a passionate, committed teaching professional who can deliver teaching excellence, with a willingness to actively participate in CAVC life.

They will also possess a teacher training qualification or be willing to work towards one, and have a relevant degree

Welsh language skills would be desirable for this role.
