The Governing Body of Cwmdar Primary School seeks to appoint a reliable person to join the dedicated, friendly and hardworking team of staff.
Are you:-
- Highly organised,
- Have good inter personal skills including being approachable to all and able to deal with complex matters in a confidential manner.
- Able to operate Sims, Finance, iTrent and other computerised systems.
- Able to work happily efficiently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.
- A good role model for pupils and staff.
- Flexible, efficient and able to use your own initiative and looking for the opportunity to develop your skills
- Take lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including iTrent, SIMS, Finance, etc
- Provide detailed analysis and evaluation of data/ and produce detailed
reports/information as required
- Be responsible for the management of consumable resources, including management of the school budget and regular audit of consumables.
- Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
- Be IT competent with a good knowledge of Word and Excel
