The successful candidate will:
  • Be responsible for organising and supervising administrative systems within the school.
  • Contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of support services within the school.
  • Manage the Main Office Staff, including commissioning and delegation of relevant activities.
  • Assist with the management of the school budget and provide assistance with premises and financial issues to the Head Teacher and Leadership Team.

The Ideal candidates will have:
  • Great organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, flexible attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in office admin
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience using Sims & iPay
  • Able to work independently and as part of a friendly, supportive team
  • Enjoys being part of a positive, collaborative work environment
  • A chance to make a real difference and help things run smoothly in our school/organisation
