The Governing Body wish to appoint a Cleaner to work at Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Llwyncelyn to complement our existing team.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our pupils and staff. Various shifts are available to accommodate your schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty rubbish receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the caretaker.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
