Haverfordwest High VC School is seeking to appoint a Leader of Science with effect from 1st September 2025. The successful candidate will have responsibility for leading learning within the area of Science, and will join us in a school which promotes excellence, inclusion and high expectations.The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual, ideally with experience in middle leadership, and have the passion to be an inspirational middle leader in our school where the wellbeing and progress of all is our main focus. The person appointed will set high standards in all aspects of school life and be recognised as an excellent classroom practitioner, be able to take a substantive role in developing teaching and learning and performance and standards in their subject area and a contributor to whole school improvement. The ability for the successful candidate to deliver at Key Stage 5, would be an advantage however, this is not an essential requirement.
