Job Purpose : Using your creative skills, you'll produce and optimise content, showcasing the experiences and stories of the Bridgend College community. Monitoring insights and analytics will be important to you, helping you maximise reach and engagement across our varied social media channels. You'll know about current and emerging trends and be able to adapt to reach existing and new audiences.
You will plan and manage the College's social media platforms including creating, scheduling and targeting content across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; using social insight tools to generate reports to shape marketing outputs and ensure campaigns reach their objectives. You will have a degree or equivalent demonstrable experience, and experience of running paid/sponsored digital advertising campaigns using appropriate targeting, and measuring outcomes and success. Excellent written and verbal communications skills through the medium of Welsh are highly desirable.
