The pupils, staff and the governing body are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher and leader who is passionate, enthusiastic, and exceptionally motivated, to join a supportive, knowledgeable, and innovative team.

The successful candidate will:
- be an excellent classroom practitioner with experience across the whole of the primary phase;
- have strong strategic leadership skills and a commitment to take a leading role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential;
- have a thorough knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales, innovative principles of teaching, learning and assessment approaches, methods and techniques;
- take a lead in major developmental areas throughout the school like assessment, in addition to other responsibilities;
- have a high level of digital competency;
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and inspire others to maintain our excellent shared vision, culture and positive ethos;
- demonstrate patience, kindness, and empathy to help others including pupils, staff, governors, parents, and the local community.
- be a leader with an in depth understanding of the approaches to self-evaluation and school improvement.
- have the necessary skills to deputise for the headteacher
- have a strength of character and a sense of humour that motivates pupils and staff.
- aspire to be a Headteacher.
