HEADTEACHER

Hours-Full time, permanent. Salary: L9 - L15, £61,705 - £71,523 per annum

The School Governing Body wish to appoint a knowledgeable, passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual for this post.
The successful candidate will:
 have excellent leadership and management skills
 be committed to school improvement and to addressing the Welsh Government's key educational priorities
 have a background ensuring and maintaining high standards of effort and behaviour
 have excellent administrative and financial skills
 be a skilled communicator in both Welsh and English in order to collaborate effectively with all school stakeholders including learners, staff, governors and parents/carers
 ensure that excellent relationships are maintained with the whole and wider school community

Please note there will be up to 50% teaching commitment with this role.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and English is essential for this post.

Due to the nature of the post, the successful candidates will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
It is a requirement that the successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment.
