Glais Primary School : Headteacher

The governors, staff and pupils of Glais Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher to lead this successful, happy and inclusive school.

Glais Primary School is situated in the picturesque, rural Swansea Valley. The school is blessed with beautiful grounds, which includes a sports field, nature area, play yard, small adventure playground, and a number of outside learning areas.

The successful candidate will:

• be an enthusiastic, inspirational and innovative leader with proven teaching, leadership and management skills;
• demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills showing care and empathy for our community-focussed school;
• be committed to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement;
• promote a fully inclusive environment where all pupils and staff thrive;
